At Proxi, culinary storytelling comes to life through bold flavors, open-fire cooking, and a deep respect for tradition. 

Led by Michelin Award-winning Chef Andrew Zimmerman, Chef de Cuisine Jennifer Kim, and Managing Partner Emmanuel Nony, Proxi offers a refined yet dynamic take on Coastal Asian cuisine. Drawing from their personal experiences and culinary expertise, the team takes inspiration from the vibrant food cultures of Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, and Korea. The result is a menu that showcases umami-rich dishes, raw seafood preparations, and modern interpretations of regional classics.

Proxi’s immersive dining experience is complemented by a thoughtfully curated beverage program and a striking interior that blends coastal Asian influences with warm, contemporary design. 

Our refreshed interior reflects our vibrant new identity, blending rich textures, bold design accents, and an elevated yet welcoming ambiance. The space features subtle nods to coastal Asian aesthetics, complemented by warm lighting and an inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy an intimate view of open-fire cooking at the Chef’s Counter or gather in the semi-private lounge area, which accommodates up to 24 guests for a cocktail-style reception.
